As a student in Boston, Britney Winters struggled to find the right stylists for her hair.

She would travel, spending time and money in search of beauty services that worked. Haircare didn’t feel like care at all. So she decided to level up and do something about it herself.

Today, Upgrade is a tech-enabled platform offering high-quality, customized wigs and hair products, designed with women’s aspirations and multitudes in mind. And, one-by-one, we are empowering women to get back to doing the things they love.

This is a brand that believes in the freedom of choice. Women’s beauty routines shouldn't get in the way of what they love to do or who they aspire to be. So in a landscape where complexities come standard, we always choose to upgrade.
